Spa Day Shower Steamer

Our Shower steamers are great when you want to enjoy all the amazing benefits of aromatherapy but don't have time for a full bath. Just place a shower steamer tablet in the shower and breathe in the wonderful scent and relax. Each shower steamer is formulated with different essential oils that can help to relieve tension and stress, relieve cold & flu symptoms, soothe sinus congestion caused by seasonal allergies.

LAVENDER: provides stress relief and relaxation which is particularly important for migraine and tension headaches. It is also known to help relieve stress and anxiety, increase sleep quality, and relieve menstrual cramps.

PEPPERMINT: the menthol in peppermint oil opens your airways and helps to clear mucus. It can help to fight bacteria which is a trigger of sinus congestion as well as ease symptoms of nausea.

How to Use:

Place your shower steamer in the corner of the shower floor or on a shelf  close ‎to your head just out of the direct stream of water.  Allow some of your shower water to hit the steamer or simply drizzle some ‎water on the steamer. This activates the steamer to release its aromatherapy properties into the steam of the shower so you can breathe in the aromatic vapor.‎

To get the benefits you do not always have to take the shower. Simply place a steamer in a bowl of really warm water and place a steamer in the bowl. Breathe in the aroma of the steamer as it dissolves in the water and releases the aromatherapy benefits.
