Headache Relief Shower Steamer

Our Shower steamers are great when you want to enjoy all the amazing benefits of aromatherapy but don't have time for a full bath. Just place a shower steamer tablet in the shower and breathe in the wonderful scent and relax. PEPPERMINT: eases headaches and migraines by helping to control blood flow in the body, reducing muscle pain and tension, and opening up the sinuses for better oxygen flow. Peppermint oil is also shown to be effective for symptoms that accompany migraine, sinus, tension, and cluster headaches such as: nausea and generalized stress.

EUCALYPTUS: helps clear airways, is a natural cough suppressant, and helps to clear the air of bacteria. Is also proven to help soothe and clear irritated sinuses caused by seasonal allergies and colds & flu

How to Use:

Place your shower steamer in the corner of the shower floor or on a shelf  close ‎to your head just out of the direct stream of water.  Allow some of your shower water to hit the steamer or simply drizzle some ‎water on the steamer. This activates the steamer to release its aromatherapy properties into the steam of the shower so you can breathe in the aromatic vapor.‎

To get the benefits you do not always have to take the shower. Simply place a steamer in a bowl of really warm water and place a steamer in the bowl. Breathe in the aroma of the steamer as it dissolves in the water and releases the aromatherapy benefits.
